Case 1 - Lead Management System

This insurance organisation needed a system to collect and manage leads for insurance referrals.  The system needed to integrate with a range of affiliate networks, primarily internet sales networks.  A custom-development was planned, capturing the specialised information needed by the business. The system was developed using J2EE architecture, against an Oracle database.

The system was successfully implemented and linked up with external affiliate networks, and delivered a regular stream of referral leads to the business.

 

Case 2 - Enterprise Project Management Office

This global insurance organisation needed to address a number of system and operational issues across the sales and back office areas. The program consisted of developing a customized project management methodology and governance structures, and execution of the various projects. Projects included:

  • Select and implement enterprise-level imaging/workflow solution
  • Relaunch corporate web presence
  • Migrate policy administration system to new platform
  • Review and reengineer new business, servicing, and claims processes/procedures
  • Select and implement new Claims administration system
  • Develop custom direct marketing database management system
  • Select and implement annuity payments system
